TACTICAL STRATEGIES AND CONCEPTS INC.
Eric founded Tactical Strategies and Concepts Inc as a direct result of being engaged in conflicts where more intense training, tactics, and security measures, would have helped save lives. T.S.C. was founded to provide training and consulting that makes a difference. With the growing number of threats out there in the world, we need our operators to be able to function at 100%, not the 70% or 80% usually required. Eric has seen trainers who are not trained, and operators who are not confident. Some of these operators admit they would not act in a life or death situation, and yet they are the ones we expect to respond. We have all heard the famous “I’m only here for a paycheck” statement, and the even better, “it will never happen here” statement. As you read this, think of those people you know are out there, that you work with everyday who are supposed to have your back. You know who they are. We all know who wants to train and better themselves, who is afraid to train for fear of failure, and those who just don’t care. The days of “gun decking” paperwork must end. Lives are at stake, and if our operators fall short, our citizens and allies will suffer even greater fates. At T.S.C. we don’t take breaks or short cuts. You don’t get out of class early, and when you train with T.S.C. and the drills don't end merely because your adversary is down. At T.S.C., you will train and train hard. With our force on force and live fire courses, you will be introduced to the “Fog of War” and will learn how to properly prepare for an engagement, be it a physical confrontation, an active shooter, an urban ambush, or a convoy attack. You will learn to be confident with your weapons, your tactics, your team, and most importantly, yourself. T.S.C.’s mission is to provide the most intense and realistic training environment for our student, and give them the necessary skills to save lives.
"Some people live an entire lifetime and wonder if they have ever made a difference in the world, but the Marines don't have that problem."
- Ronald Reagan
