Restricted Courses:
CQB Level 1 Course
THE PRIMARY PURPOSE:
This 8 hour course will reinforce the basics of Close Quarters Battle principals, tactics, and techniques taught in the intro to CQB class. Students will be thrust into multiple force on force encounters vs. multiple adversaries from T.S.C.’s Mike Group, who may use a variety of weapons, munitions, and tactics. Students will learn how to approach structures under duress, breach facilities using multiple entry points, tools, weapons, and munitions, as well as identify possible IED threats. Training will consist of minimal classroom time but will be primarily through hands on practical application with force on force simulations, allowing for the students to think under pressure, on the move, and under possible fire. Your attendance in this class is subject to approval based on your training history, which must be forwarded to T.S.C. Inc along with registration form. Intro to CQB may not be a pre-requisite, based on students training history.

- Duty holster or tactical holster for a Glock 17/19 model pistol or M9 Berretta
- Magazine pouches for HK MP5 or M4/M16 optional
- Aim Point/EO Tech/ACOG optional for mounting to M4/M16 rail system
- Ballistic vest /tactical vest
- Helmet or Face mask (recommended, not required)
- Eye Protection MANDATORY
- Tactical lights (handheld/pistol mounted)
- Full body covering is strongly recommended
- Protective/tactical gloves
- Ballistic Shields optional
